The 2025 calendar includes 12 monthly cards with original hand-drawn artwork and one extra year-at-a-glance card. Crafted annually since 2004, it is a mix of old-school letterpress(9), silkscreen(2), and foil stamping(1) on fine paper.

Here are some of the ideas behind each month.

January: The crane symbolizes good luck and longevity. Best wishes in the new year.

February: Inspired by hand embroidery, cross-stitches.

March: The four leaves of a shamrock stand for faith, hope, love, and luck.

April: Inspired by a recent springtime trip to Ueno, Japan.

May: Reflecting on the texture of African bead tapestry.

June: Our wonderful ocean.

July: A bright summer day.

August: The majestic walrus.

September: A memory of a recent family reunion in the lush, deep green of the Appalachian Mountains.

October: The beautiful shades of trees in autumn.

November: Something to brighten our darker and cooler days of early winter.
