January: The water lily rises from the mud to bloom beautifully on the water's surface, it symbolizes the ability to rise above difficulties.
February: incognito owls (Tawny frogmouths). The owl is seen as a wise guardian of the night.
March: The first signs of new growth, a reminder that spring is coming.
April: Daydreams of exploring faraway places and discovering the unknown.
May: A bright spring day when everything is in bloom.
June: A memory of a coastal town along the Mediterranean Sea.
July: Summer activity: making Sunprints
August: A fascinating sea creature, lobster.
September: The soft glow of a late-summer sunset
October: A possessive cat
November: Inspired by beautiful music created with time, patience and devotion. (french horn)
December: A wish for peace on earth and goodwill to all.
Based on the Chinese Zodiac, 2026 is the Year of the Horse. See if you can find a horse hidden in each month.

Been buying these calendars for years. I love them.
As usual, Ilee Papergoods calendar is wonderful. I love all the new designs for 2026, but at the top of the wonderfulness is October's feisty tuxedo cat holding an October fish - hilarious! Close seconds are February's owls and August's lobster.
The Ilee calendars are beautifully designed. I buy one every year and give one two two of my friends who depend on them. They are perfect for a desk, taking up little room but wonderful to look at while working. The artist is exceptional. I hope she continues to create these letterpress & silkscreen pieces.
